"I ordered these leggings on the 11th Nov and returned them the same day that they were delivered by In Post. On the 18th Nov they were recieved at your depot. It is now 3rd Dec and I still haven't recieved my refund-after having the to pay £5. 50 for the return postage! This is very poor customer service and needs addressing!"
