No cinch cord and no soft lining
"For a Jacket that short with a boxy fit, it should have a skirt or at least a cinch cord to keep the wind out. It doesn't, so wind enters pretty easily from the bottom. Also, only half of the hand warmer pocket has a soft lining. The other half gets very cold. So it looks like there was some cost cutting measures."
