Linen: A Natural Performance Fabric

Breathable, durable, and inherently lower impact. True European linen is rare—making up less than 1% of textiles sold globally. Here's what makes ours better.

Breathable by Nature

What touches your skin all day should come from the earth, not a lab. Natural fabrics breathe, move, and respond to your body in ways synthetics can't replicate — and linen does it better than most. Especially on the days it matters most. Hot commute. Long lunch. That hour when the afternoon just won't quit. Linen handles it. You stay cool.

Light on You. 74% Lower Impact by Design

Our Masters of Flax Fibreâ„¢ linen is grown in France without GMOs, with little-to-no irrigation, and extracted through a fully mechanical process with zero waste. A third-party Life Cycle Assessment confirms: certified Masters of Flax Fibreâ„¢ production cuts carbon emissions by over 74% and reduces water use and soil nutrient pollution compared to conventional linen. Not a marketing claim. A verified fact.

Certified at Every Step, So You Know Where It Came From

Every processor in our linen supply chain must be certified to the Masters of Flax Fibreâ„¢ (previously European Flaxâ„¢) Standard, which means full traceability from raw material to finished garment. No self-reported claims. No gaps in the chain. Just independently verified standards that hold us accountable all the way through.

Proven to Last

Our linen is made from extra-long flax fibers — stronger by nature and woven into a fabric that holds up where others break down. Rigorously tested from development through pre-production for durability, consistency, and performance. What you get is a fabric that softens with every wash, holds its shape over years, and earns its place as a wardrobe staple. Fewer replacements. More years of wear.

Front Button Holes Unfinished

"Poor quality, shipped with obvious flaw with front button hole unfinished with fabric over the button hole. Sleeves also run too long compared to rest of blazer sizing and are expensive to tailor due to using functional buttons on sleeves."

great blazer - especially at that price

"love the fit and feel - only complaint would be the the sleeves are a touch long given the other proportions. and yes i do understand that these things can be altered - it just seems like the default could be a touch shorter to accommodate more ‘average’ users"

Very nice

"Sleeves run a little long such that i needed to go to a tailor, otherwise love the fit. Really light and falls nicely, slightly casual lean for a suit (in a good way) Instructions suggest machine wash but I’d HIGHLY recommend dry clean only."

Alex H. (5/5)

Great jacket - but runs large!

"Excellent feel, with soft linen that wrinkles just the right amount - looks casual, but not messy. Comfortable and a pleasure to wear. But - it runs large, even for casual draped jackets. A large size usually works best for me, but this is a bit too much like a tent on me. Not horrible, but I probably could’ve done better one size down."

sleeves too long

"nice jacket for a nice price, but the sleeves are too long, and since they're button cuff (unnecessary!) it makes it very hard to take them up"

Leo G. (2/5)

Great summer suit

"Fits true to size, nice relaxed structure and natural colour."

Fit is too small

"The blazer was beat- a wonderful and high quality linen. Wonderful drape to the fabric. Unfortunately it was too small. My husband is always an XL. Perhaps Everlane needs an XXL"
