"I paid for express shipping. They shipped ground. Instead of getting my clothes in three days it took three weeks. They actively lied to me about the error. They promised to fully refund the order for the failure. Then lied about having made that promise. Even seeing the email where they promised the refund, they said they never meant that. This is the second time they’ve done this. I’ll never do business with them again."
