Box- cut tee

"I enjoy this tee because the proportions are better for a smaller person, the length of the sleeves and body more suited to a shorter frame. I would prefer a bit thicker fabric, but the white is not see through see through. Functions well for the casual life."

Beware SHRINKS (even when washed according to label)

"I bought three colors: navy, striped, and white, all the same size (S). I washed the Striped blue one exactly according to the care label (cold water, tumble dry low), and the T-shirt shrank by a full size. I’ve attached a photo for comparison: the white shirt is unwashed, and the striped is the one that went through ONE cycle. The difference is almost a size down. Definitely buy a size up if you plan on using a dryer at all. I honestly expected better quality from Everlane, but I guess I should have known better—I've had other tees from them shrink in the wash before. Disappointing that the consistency isn't there."

Bye-bye to the Everlane we know and love

"These shirts are a great fit and flattering but they are remarkably thinner than ones I've gotten from Abercrombie & Fitch (where can a girl get a thick organic cotton sustainably-made t-shirt these days?). They felt even thinner after washing. Quality has gone downhill sadly, and the fact that Shein (*gags*) recently bought Everlane means it will only get worse. I won't be shopping here anymore."

Pretty Perfect Tee

"These tees are pretty perfect. Especially appreciate that the cotton is soft, light and airy but still has good structure. That’s hard to find. I have wide shoulders and wanted an off-the-body fit for hot weather, so went w size L. As a size 4/6 it’s still not too boxy and is just the right length for me. Size M would probably work well too. The peach color is brighter than the photos indicate and is very pretty."

Flattering basic tee

"Although it’s called the box-cut tee, it’s not boxy at all. The fit is very flattering and it’s just roomy enough without being sloppy. The length is prefect either for tucking or wearing outside bottoms. The cotton is a nice light weight for summer. I got this in several colours in a size small. I’m 5’6”, 125 lbs, chest 36 inches, waist 30 inches."

I am pleased with these

"I am pleased with these tees and especially as they are cut shorter. I am petite and almost every shirt or tee is way too long. The fabric is nice and smooth and comes out of the dryer with minimal wrinkles. I ordered a L according to your sizes and it's fine even though I am usually a M."

Disappointed

"This will be the last review I write for Everlane, after being a loyal customer for at least a decade -- in no small part thanks to the brand's commitment to sustainability and radical transparency. Instead, the vulture capitalists behind them sold out to Shein, positively one of the worst companies on the planet in terms of world-destroying emissions and illegal child labor. RIP OG Everlane, it was great having you while we did."

Perfect tee

"This is the perfect tee for me. It’s not too long and the sleeves are a normal length. I like to front tuck these shirts. Perfect for high waisted jeans."
