"I usually wear a size 4 with Everlane, otherwise everything is too big. So that is the size I ordered in this skirt, however it is a wrap around and much smaller than I expected. "The fabric is a weighty drapey linen, and it’s lined in cotton. I can’t imagine wearing this in summer, except maybe on a cooler day. I’m on the west coast and I’ll wear this in fall, with tall boots. This skirt is a bit boxier than expected, and has no pockets, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also the ties are superfluous, not necessary for wearing the skirt. As another reviewer said, I’m thinking of removing the ties to streamline things. It’s ok, I’m underwhelmed and would return it if not for getting it on final sale."
"I ordered a size 6 (my usual size) and it fits perfectly. The linen is weighty and the skirt is lined so it hangs nicely. The attached belt is fine (I don't particularly like attached belts) and stays out of the way well enough. I do wish it had pockets, as I keep automatically reaching for them, but overall I feel very classy and well-dressed when I wear this skirt. It has the versatility to be worn to work, dinner, or simply out shopping."
