Beautiful but delicate
"This is a stunning boot to have in my collection since I can wear it with dresses, skirts, and fitted jeans. The short heel makes it comfortable. The rich, brown colour is lovely. The leather is so soft and buttery, but I find it to be quite delicate. It tends to easily leave crease marks after use and is vulnerable to scratches. I've applied leather protection and conditioner to help with this (it doesn't fit it 100%, but it's better than nothing!) Still happy with my purchase."

nice boots. . horrible customer service
"ordered the last pair of the size 10 and received boots that has damaged suede. . . support told me there's no defect. they design is nice but not $300 worth for damaged boots that everlane has failed to acknowledge."

Buttery soft
"These boots are gorgeous! Leather is buttery soft. Perfect heel height. No breaking in. My only complaint is the shaft height because I’m short, 5’2 for reference, so it’s a tad over my knee which makes them uncomfortable when seated. By default I’d ordered up by half size because my regular size was sold out, but I’m glad I did because they’re perfect with thicker socks. Highly recommended!"

Pretty boot, not really great quality.
"I love the boot's design, but I am not very impressed with the quality of the black suede leather. It felt rough and looked not great right out of the box. I think it's a bummer that Everlane stopped working with Italian companies for their shoes. I love my Day boots and Day heels, but this one not so much."

Super soft comfortable boot
"The leather on these is super soft and malleable, and the heel is a comfortable height for me, since I stopped wearing heels post-pandemic. Great with jeans or under dresses/skirts."

Tried and true!
"Ok I haven’t actually received *these* yet, but I do own a pair of banana ankle boots so I already know I love these. I purchased the ankle boots on a whim awhile back when they were 70% off, it was a risk because I couldn’t return but I liked the way they looked so it was worth a shot. When I received them they fit my foot perfectly, they were sooo easy to walk in and beyond comfortable for a heel! The only dislike about those I would say is how stiff the ankle is, they are softening now but at first going down the stairs was hilarious. I have been eyeing the knee high version since so the moment I could snag them on sale I did. I just know these will be a lot softer but all the same walking comfort. I took the banana boots on a trip recently - I walked around for hours in them. Yes, my feet were sore after a while as any heel will do, but no where near unbearable. These shoes are really just a staple and can be worn for any occasion with any outfit. They do have leather soles and while that isn’t an issue for now I will likely get half soles put in down the road."

Go to boot
"I was looking for a sleek black tall leather boot. The curved heel gives them the perfect chic upgrade. I found through an Instagram ad and they immediate caught my eye. I’ve never purchase from everlane before and now it’s my new go to brand. Very comfortable and can slip them on. They run a little large, but I still kept them. I probably could’ve done 7. 5. I am a very true 8 in shoes. They are wide enough to slip on but narrow enough to go under straight leg jeans. They a structured enough to stay up if you want to wear more neat but can also be scrunched down. I have sooo many boots but these could replace them all. I want the low ones next in plain brown (which I haven’t seen so I hope everlane makes them next!)"
