We work with mills and wash houses that have verifiably reduced chemical use, moving away from harmful treatments common in conventional denim. Our partners are independently tested against leading safer chemistry standards like bluesign, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and ZDHC — not self-reported claims. Fewer chemicals in your jeans, safer conditions for the people who make them, and lower environmental impact.
We don't guess at environmental impact — we verify it. Using Jeanologia's EIM, the industry benchmark standard for environmental denim wash impact, 96% of our washes score low to medium — meaning significantly less water, energy, and chemicals than conventional denim.
Our denim fabric is rigorously third-party tested multiple times from development through pre-production — verifying durability, consistency, and performance across fabric weight, tear strength, and color fastness. The result: denim built to get better with age, with more years in your wardrobe and fewer replacements.

"God bless an elastic waistband! Everlane pants usually fit tight in my waist and hips but this beauty comes with elastic and I could not be happier. I love everything about these jeans from the faded wash to the slight barrel and wide leg (cropped on me; 5’9”) and the fun seams and pockets. The fabric feels sturdy but surprisingly soft, like I’ve worn them for years."
"I have two pairs of these jeans. I first got the "dark indigo" and LOVE them—they genuinely look great, fit well, and are so comfortable I feel like I'm wearing pajamas when I've got them on. So I got the lighter ("medium indigo") too. It fits meaningfully tighter than the darker wash, that said, they're still more comfortable than any good-looking pair of jeans I've owned."

I cannot stand tight jeans and these are incredible because they give the look/feel of a structured high waist jean, but they are not rigid and tight on my belly. Highly recommend. I wear an 8/10 in other brands and I wear a 30 in these. I’m 5’4” for reference and these definitely shrink up a bit in the wash. The dark blue give a vintage feel in my opinion and look really great. Highly recommend especially if you are sensitive to tight pants."

The waistband is unbelievably comfy, the detailed stitching feels chic, and the big pockets are just too fun. I get compliments on them all the time. When I first tried them on, I really wasn’t sure about the style (these are my first barrel jeans) and the pockets were so tight to my thighs I thought they’d be unusable. But trust!! Jeans stretch and so do the pockets. They’re totally usable once you get to wearing them. I love these and can’t go back to skinny/straight jeans."
