"I was really looking forward to getting this beanie and it never came. I’ve had a hard time finding a cashmere beanie in this dark brown color so I was glad to find this for a decent price. When I told Everlane that it hadn’t come even though it was marked as delivered they said I had to wait until the 21st to request a replacement in case someone brought it back. I believe I ordered this hat around the 29th of last month so I’m not sure if or when I will get this hat after waiting so long already. Shipping took a while too before it was allegedly “delivered”. Disappointed."
