"The quality is not the same as I expected, and the design and fit are way off. My biggest disappointment is the final-sale policy. I now have several items that don’t fit properly or the style is not expected and cannot be returned. It feels like a final-sale trap, especially when the sizing and quality is so inconsistent. Sizing Was Weird

"Ran MUCH smaller then same top in other colors. I wrote Everlane and they had me take photos of the tag and a comparison of the two tops in the same size laying on top of each other. They believe the black was missized or tagged. I’m not exactly sure but it was unfortunate that the large and medium were the same size and they would not rush a replacement for my vacation. Had to return"
