We started working with this factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2014. Before then, it had been on our wishlist for a long time.

Known for their technical expertise and progressive culture, this factory stands apart from the rest, having worked with industry leaders and innovators. Another bonus? They’re led by a female president.


How We Found It

When we began to expand our line, we needed to find a factory that could create more complex garments for us, while still maintaining the best environment for its employees. We searched for places with the best facilities and technical expertise, and this factory continued to stay at the top of our list. After a two-year dialogue, we began making products with them.


Black Friday Fund 2016

In 2016, we partnered with this factory for our Black Friday Fund. Most of the population of Vietnam commutes via moped, and helmets are required by law. The problem? Safe helmets aren’t readily available. So when we asked our factory what they needed, they said helmets. We worked closely with their team to source high-quality, custom helmets for every single employee—all 8,000 of them.


About the Team

Originally from South Korea, the owner of this factory has been running his business since the 1980s out of Seoul. We work with his Vietnam branch specializing in cut-and-sew knits, which is run by a female president. Since we started working with this factory, its employee base has doubled in size.
