"Lining separated from the bag within two months of use. I expected the quality to be superb to justify the price for such a simple bag but clearly I was wrong. I've continued to use the bag for a year now just because of the price paid but the lining has separated so much so that I pretty much have a whole new compartment in my bag. First and last purchase from this brand."
Excitement replaced by disappointment
"Purchased a year ago in green. The bag arrived very well packed, but without sub buckle so the bag could not be closed (not a big deal for me). Now after a year, I am completely dissatisfied with the quality. The top edges of the bag have come apart and the lining has come away from the leather almost along the entire perimeter of the bag. Such a shame, it looks completely unpresentable, and this defect changes the shape of the bag. I used the bag ~20-30 times without heavy weight (max laptop 13” couple of times) and I don’t think it can even be repaired now. Too expensive for 1 year bag."

Very disappointing quality
"I purchased the bag during Black Friday promotion on 23 November, which was shipped to me on 10 December. Upon opening the parcel, I discovered that the bag had been folded during shipping from US to Sydney. This may have caused the visible grease marks and imperfections in the leather, which have significantly affected the bag's appearance. The issues with the item appear to be due to improper handling or a defect. When I purchased the item, it was stated that it could not be refunded or returned, however, I believe the condition in which the bag arrived warrants an exception."

"This bag is disappointing. I have had the bag for 3 weeks and the bag is losing shape due to use and I don't carry much in it. I think a $15 dollar Target bag would look/feel/wear better. Bought it on final sale so I guess I just need to suck it up."
Would not recommend
"The bag arrived severely creased and lost its shape in transit. Customer service says this is normal during transit and sent recommendations to blow dry the leather to straighten it out. Basically just be aware that you do not get what you pay for so unless you’re ok with receiving a damaged bag then go ahead and get this."
