Straps are the weak link--poor structure
"The bag does not sit like in the pictures. The shorter handles are floppy (not upright like in the pictures) and collapse into each other, which really detracts from the shape. And when used as a cross body, the longer strap pulls in the bag at the sides and collapses the trapezoidal shape. There is little structure to the bag. The thin strap and handles let this bag down and make it look cheap in quality."
