The Dream Capri

I may have had my hopes up

"I was really excited to get these capri's, I had been wanting them for months. I waited until they were on sale, final sale might I add, and I finally purchased them. Now maybe this was my own fault since I have never purchased bottoms from Everlane, but I triple checked the sizing chart and ordered myself a Large. The length is great and the waist fits pretty good, just a little room to give but no big deal. My issue with them is that there is SO much fabric in the crotch area I could never wear these out in public which is just so disappointing. And because I bought them final sale I can't exchange them for a smaller size, maybe the Medium would fit perfect? So, I have these as my "rotting-at-home" pants now which is just not what I was looking for. :("

Not a good fit for curves

Nice pant

"I like these pants. Lightweight and comfortable. I don't like that there are no pockets whatsoever though (not even on the back). Also, the waistband is kind of thin and flips up sometimes which is annoying. However, they are really comfy so overall I still like them."

Not sure what is going on,,

"I typically wear a size 8-10. This was the first thing I bought from Everlane I wasn’t sure on the sizing so I got a XL and. L. They were too big! Thank God this was on sale I decided to get M. The medium fits but is still quite loose. Not sure what happened on the cut here but I was expecting something a little more form fitting. So now I have 3 pairs with one fitting decently. ."

SO Flattering--But Tough Proportions for the Short

"I'm not sure I've ever looked better in any pair of bottoms--from the knee up. The material is soft and comfortable, with just enough compression to give me a great shape and appearance. I ordered my regular size, a small, and the zipper went up super smoothly. I love everything about the capri. A perfect fit. There was just one problem, and it was, unfortunately, a deal-killer for me. I'm 5'2", and somewhat curvy. The length hits at the worst part of my calf, throwing off the proportions. From the knee down--oh dear. Not lovely. I had the same issue with the kick flare Dream Pant and the regular Dream Pant. For these to work, you really need to have some height. I so wanted the other pairs to work, and they felt so good on, that I kept them. The regular Dream Pants worked better once I rolled them up, and they actually look cool that way. I'm giving the capris 5 stars because they really are nice, and I'll always cherish the way my hips looked in them. But in the end, I knew they'd be too hard to wear, so I returned them."
