Our best-selling jean is back with a few comfy updates
A slightly lowered but still Way-High® rise to hold you in, improved comfort at the waist, and an adjusted saddle shape for a comfier fit in the seat. Same A-line, wide-leg silhouette you love. Made with premium organic cotton with a touch of stretch for easy, everyday wear.Conventional denim production is dirty business and we’re on a mission to clean it up. Here's how we're doing it differently—and why that matters for you.
Better denim starts with better materials. We prioritize certified organic and regenerative cotton — a tiny share of the world's supply — grown with less water and healthier soil practices. That same intention carries through to production: state-of-the-art factories that recycle up to 98% of their water, using ozone washing, air drying, and renewable energy to reduce water and energy use by design.
We work with mills and wash houses that have verifiably reduced chemical use, moving away from harmful treatments common in conventional denim. Our partners are independently tested against leading safer chemistry standards like bluesign, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and ZDHC — not self-reported claims. Fewer chemicals in your jeans, safer conditions for the people who make them, and lower environmental impact.
We don't guess at environmental impact — we verify it. Using Jeanologia's EIM, the industry benchmark standard for environmental denim wash impact, 96% of our washes score low to medium — meaning significantly less water, energy, and chemicals than conventional denim.
Our denim fabric is rigorously third-party tested multiple times from development through pre-production — verifying durability, consistency, and performance across fabric weight, tear strength, and color fastness. The result: denim built to get better with age, with more years in your wardrobe and fewer replacements.

"Cute, good fabric. A little snug on the hips but huge waist gap. You could fit a 2month belly there."
"These are the most flattering jeans! I have gotten compliments from strangers. The fabric is so soft and comfortable and drapes beautifully. TTS I am 5'8" 135lbs and the 28 in 31. 5" inseam is the perfect length for me. I will definitely be purchasing more! So happy to have found these."
"I really wanted to like these jeans, but they are just too big. I'd been thinking about buying a pair for months and was so excited to finally have them in hand. When I tried them on, I thought they fit well. However, after a couple wears and a wash, the waist and hip region were huge! I own multiple pairs of Everlane jeans and have always fit a size 28. I even bought a pair of shorts in the same order, size 28, that fit great. I don't know what it is about these size 28 jeans, but they are just too big!"
"They are well made and comfortable however the sizing runs large so i had to take them in by quite a bit"
"Gaps in the back and will have to wear with heels (didn’t realize the 31” inseam when I purchased). It also gaps pretty significantly at the back, so will likely take to a tailor. But they’re still a great silhouette and color."
"They were good when first tried on but after only one wear, they stretched out and look sloppy; bunching in back. Very disappointed. I would return if I could. Bummer."
"Came very close to a great fit. The waist was a little too high for me. I may have done better with one size smaller as the jeans were bulky in the crotch when I sat down and a bit big in the waist. I liked the fabric and was pleased overall at how nice they were. Perfect length, too."
"Lovely light blue. Thick quality fabric. The fit is great— I have a 10” difference between natural waist to mid hips. I’m normally between 27-28 (size ~6), 5’7 with a high waist (30” inseam). I like a tighter fit around my hips. These fit the bill. Make the bum look nice. Wish I got the 27 as these are a tad too loose for my liking."
"I followed the exact manufacturer's direction of washing and just washing once, it shrinks to at least one size down. Please see attached picture: both navy and white t-shirt is the same size bought (S) and the Navy is the one washed once. I think Everlane should check the quality their suppliers to ensure these things don't happen."
"These jeans are so soft and cute! I’m about 5’8. 5” 145ish lbs and I bought in 28 and 29 (most of my everlane jeans are 29) and ended up sticking with the 28 on these! My complaint is the length. 31. 5 inseam is really not long enough. I’m keeping them because I like them otherwise, but everlane really needs to offer longer inseams. I’m not even *that* tall, and their tall option is still too short! So annoying."
