"Very thick and perfect for cold winters. I ended up returning because the length was too long on me. It hit awkwardly below the hip. The bagginess is also greater at the end so it just didn't look flattering. For reference, I'm 5'3" and bought a XXS. I also have a shorter torso. Quality seems good, though."

"After receiving a wrong item, customer service assisted me with the return and re-order of my original order. This lovely brown merino V-neck sweater is soft, warm, true to size, and a lovely color. I plan to wear it for more casual occasions and with a crew neck tee or basic white cotton shirt underneath. I haven’t worn it yet, so I can’t comment on pulling. I have a comb for that, so it wouldn’t be a big deal. Glad I picked it up on sale!"
