Reviews
Uncomfortable crotch cut
"Very cute but the crotch is cut in a way that makes it unwearably painful when sitting. I have never had this problem with any other brand of pants. Denim is a good color. A bit thick for me; I prefer a lower weight denim. Cute style. I will be donating these because I can't sit in them."

Love these!
"Have been hesitant to jump into the barrel trend but decided to give these a try in ivory and they’re easily my new favorite pant! They have a flattering shape - not overly big or boxy - while still giving the intended effect. Everlane quality is the best!"

Elevated casual pants
"These pants are so nice. They were my first purchase from Everlane and I’m very happy with them. I got 3 pairs in different colours. I first ordered size 6, which was too big, so exchanged for size 4 which fits great - perfect in the waist and a little roomier in the hips, which I like. I’m 5’6”, 125 lbs, 30” waist, 36” hips."

Almost great but not quite there
"These are almost great. They fit well in the waist and are flattering in the rear end area. I have thick thighs and there is plenty of room in the legs, which is nice. The length hits me just above the ankle, which is on trend and cute with loafers. The denim is thicker than I like and stretched out over the day, probably a full size. The color of the denim is good though. The big problem I have is that the crotch is cut in a way that cuts into my private area so badly that I can't sit in them. It is literally painful. I have never had this problem with any other brand I have worn. I can't return them due to having already worn and washed them, so will be taking them to Goodwill. They are unwearable for me due to the cut in the crotch."

Exactly what I expected
"These are my third pair of Utility Barrel pants. The fit is consistent with pairs that I purchased a few years ago. Quality is also consistently high for this product. I love how they fit on my body type - low waist to hip ratio - If you have a belly, they seem to fit nicely!"

Great fabric, not a universal fit
"I really like the design and the heavy fabric weight. I ordered my usual size in the longer length but I wish they were a tad longer. If you’re more of an hourglass type figure, these will work great for you. I’m short and thick-waisted so these aren’t the best fit for me. They balloon in the hips. I’ll keep them for outdoor activities like camping and gardening as the fabric seems durable, but I wouldn’t wear these to work or even casual events."

Last Purchase from Everlane
"Bought these a week before learning that Shein has purchased Everlane - I love these pants, and I will never again purchase anything from this website."

Terrible Pockets
"I love these pants so much but they have one big drawback: the pockets. I have a few other, non-denim versions of this model, and they have nice, deep front pockets. For some reason, this version has tiny, shallow ones. Anything I put in them, falls out immediately. It's pretty disappointing, considering the overall quality of these pants. The rest is great. It's a very flattering cut, and they are sturdy and very comfortable. It would have been 5 stars, but pockets are really important for every day functionality, for this reason, I'm giving it 3."

Always disappointed as a tall girl!
"I love Everlane and their pants are amazing but never ever long enough for tall girls, even in the tall size. I always look like a giant wearing capris."

Love!
"A comfortable, relaxed fit while maintaining a structured look (and I love the angled front pockets). I will probably order a second pair in another color."
