Nearly every element of the EverPuff™—from the insulating fill to the lining and sleek outer shell—is made from certified recycled materials (excluding three small metal trims), reusing resources and reducing the impact of creating new ones. Its recycled shell is both water-repellent and water-resistant, so you stay dry while leaving a lighter footprint. It’s also bluesign® certified and PFAS-free, which guarantees safer performance chemistry for workers and consumers, along with reduced air and water emissions. Filled with 100% Re:Down®, it provides the same lofty warmth as virgin down while giving existing materials a second life and cutting environmental impact. With 700 fill power, it delivers serious warmth while staying light enough to pack and carry with ease. Thoughtful details—like a hidden zipper and covered placket, removable hood, front patch pockets, internal sleeve ribs, and an adjustable hem—make it easy to wear every day. Designed to last season after season with our repair warranty, resold for a second life through Re:Everlane.

Recycled polyester helps reduce reliance on new fossil-based resources, diverts existing materials from landfill, and has a lower carbon footprint than virgin polyester. bluesign® certification ensures the fabric is made with safer chemicals and responsible processes, prioritizing worker and environmental safety. The result: a material that’s thoughtfully made and designed to perform for you. The fill is 100% Re:Down®, repurposing feathers and down from pillows, comforters, and sleeping bags to give you luxurious softness that’s 100% warm, 100% natural, and 100% recycled. *The only non-recycled components are metal: zinc & brass zipper pull, alloy snaps, and brass drawstring clasp—all virgin, but non-synthetic.

Wherever we can, we use recycled materials to lower our carbon footprint and reduce waste. Currently, 97% of the polyester and nylon we use comes from certified recycled sources. Using recycled materials repurposes resources, reduces inputs, and diverts would-be-waste materials away from landfills.

To manage the chemicals used in our global supply chain, we incorporate either bluesign®, GOTS, or GRS restricted-substance standards, all of which maintain restricted substance lists (RSLs) of harmful chemicals that are not permitted in the processing of our garments.
