Pretty summer dress with a slight sheen
"I am 5’0’ and 112 lbs with an athletic body and got an XS. Love how this fits and feels. V-neck is not too low, fits loose but still has shape. It falls just above my ankles for a more formal look, especially with the slight sheen to the fabric."
Nice dress but not for my body type
"This is not the dress for me. I should've returned it but this was a final sale item. My spouse had to help me put it on, as the layering was a bit confusing. The length is ridiculous; I really think it's for only the TALL & skinny. Going to see if a seamstress can alter it to fit. My bad!"

"Another amazing item by Everlane. Simple and elegant design that can be dressed up or down. I am a large AU 8 and was worried that the XS would be too small but it fits like a dream. Light, flowing and flattering. Love it!"

Comfortable and flattering
"I give it 4 instead of 5 because the print isn’t quite what I wanted. The material isn’t quite what I expected from satin. But! It’s really thick so doesn’t do that thing a thin, cheap satin does of nonstop wrinkles and showing every flaw of the human body wearing it (Hot Topic satin pants of my youth were so bad!). I can wear it with heels and dress it up or combat boots and dress it down. It’s flattering and the V isn’t so deep as to make the dress inappropriate. I can’t wait till fall to jazz it up with a leather or jean jacket."

"I like this dress but it is a bit too shiny for my taste and its cut is not flattering on my 5'1"", 105 lb. frame, and like too many items at Everlane, it needs hemming, of course :( Please consider offering a petite line :) Also, it came completely wrinkled so that might have made an initial bad impression that's hard to shake."
An Okay Dress For Someone ?
"I have several Everlane dresses, and XXS usually fits me perfectly, Amazingly better than other brands. But this one wasn't so great. My fault, it was a final sale -- I took a chance and it didn't work out. The shape of the dress is oddly shapeless, and it's a bit wide at the bodice. The neckline is not a deep V, and is not flattering. After washing it, the fabric moved (or something) so it puffed up along one side of the neckline. Will try to remedy with careful ironing. No wonder it was on sale. The fabric itself looks nice, the textile designer did a great job of simulating a satiny look. I will wear it when I don't have to look my best."

Comfortable and Versatile
"Own this slip dress in black (full price) and repurchased in the wine color when I saw it on sale. As described, this is a long, straight tube with excellent drape. There is no shape definition if you do or don't have your own underneath - I love that! Mine fits my bust quite well and floats over all my other parts. I wear a turtleneck under it in winter (with boots) and a t-shirt under it in summer (with flops) and the fabric feels cool and flowy. Fabric does not breathe much, (good in winter) but gets air circulation (good in summer) due to the loose construction. If you're less disappointed about your own arms, the cut at the top is excellent for modesty/bra coverage (or none). No underpinning required. I love the deep wine color to add to my rotation. Very dressy to me. [Note: this is quite a long dress. ]"
