"The quality is not the same as I expected, and the design and fit are way off. My biggest disappointment is the final-sale policy. I now have several items that don’t fit properly or the style is not expected and cannot be returned. It feels like a final-sale trap, especially when the sizing and quality is so inconsistent. Unfortunately, because of this return policy, I don’t feel comfortable purchasing from this brand again."
