"Great color with stylish black accents on cuff, neck, and zipper. I am normally a small, but ordered an extra small which was perfect. The length is cozy for Fall weather and not too heavy or warm, and the two way zipper is great. The only reason I returned mine was the neck. It is stiff and scratchy against my skin, and can't be turned down. I would have to wear a black turtle neck to be comfortable and to protect my neck, just as the model for this piece is wearing."
Not made for petites
"I like the general look of this jacket except for the fact that as a 5‘0“ short person, it looked more like a duster on me. It’s way too long and made me look even shorter than I already am. Small looked large on me and so I had to return since xs size was sold out."
Love the length - keeps you warm
"Looking for a long jacket - I'm 5'0'' and it hits me at mid-calf, which was what I was looking for. The zipper ends about 6 inches from the hem so the slit makes it easier to walk. Roomy and doesn't feel too tight on the bottom. I'm ~140lb and ~42 inches at the widest part of my hips and it doesn't feel restrictive. You can definitely layer under this."

"Love this coat! I got it in XS and luckily it fits! I’m usually a small/medium so i wasn’t really sure if this will fit but since the reviews said it runs big i got the XS since there were no sizes left haha Fit was perfect. Its been my companion on my daily morning walks. Love the pockets cause it keeps my hands warm also. It’s also lightweight so it’s not suffocating or stuffy. Hoping to get the shorter version in black next time"

Customer service was terrible
"I fell in love with this jacket when I saw it on my work associate . I went to order it and it was out of stock. Then it came back in stock so I ordered it. Very excited to receive it. However, after multiple attempts at asking Customer Service where is my coat because the details on the shipping kept saying that a label was created and no further details. I brought this up multiple times to Customer Service and I kept being told to wait it out the 15 days. On the 15th day, I contacted customer service again, and this time they took the effort of actually looking into my problem and told me it must be lost!! I’ve never had such a bad experience as this. Today I noticed the item is back in stock BUT because of the last experience, it would have to be extremely motivating for me to go online and order this item again from your company."
