Unwearable

"This was one of the worst purchases ever. I loved the look and feel of this sweater and shelled out big bucks and even bought a similar one in a cardigan. It was beautiful but the first time I gentle cold water hand washed them they shrunk by almost 50%. It would not fit a 7 year old now and the material was also incredibly stiff and not soft after that wash. Could not stretch it out in the least and it is unwearable. I did get a refund so that was helpful but now I don't trust buying any sweaters here. Absolutely a waste of time and product which is unfortunate as I loved it from afar."

"I think this is my fifth sweater in Cloud. That is the best material ever! So soft and warm. Hardly pills and washes great. I hand wash and air dry. I got an XS but could/should have gone with an S. Would have been a little sloucher. I am 5""1 and 120 lbs. Get it if it's still available. You won't regret it."

"I love the look and soft feel of this sweater but for this price it should not pill only after a few wears having never been washed. I expected a better quality garment, Very disappointing. I did not feel customer service was helpful on this."

"I’m in love with the green color and the cloud yarn. The knit is chunky and soft. I got a small and it seems true to size. The sweater itself is a tad long, but I guess I like that better than too short (warmer that way and more comfy). I have done a little front tuck into jeans and normally wouldn’t style a chunky sweater like that, but hey, why not?"
