Perfectly puffed.  Stay snug with the Puffer Bomber. Featuring a center-front two-way zipper with double zipper pulls, plus on-seam pockets with internal snap closures, it has internal drawstrings at the hem for adjustability. Puffed-up for warmth, it’s filled with recycled down feathers, while the jacket is made with our recycled GRS-certified and bluesign approved nylon and lined with recycled polyester.

Re:Down® repurposes feathers and down from pillows, comforters, and sleeping bags to give you luxurious softness that’s 100% warm, 100% natural, and 100% recycled. With the goal of increasing the use of recycled materials and reducing the harmful impacts of production, the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled input in products—including chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions.

In 2019, we worked with bluesign® to eliminate harmful substances from their RSL (Restricted Substance List) at each step of our supply chain—from the chemical formulas, to the processes used to manufacture materials, and the products themselves. A bluesign® certification guarantees safer processes for workers and consumers as well as reduced air and water emissions.

Wherever we can, we use recycled materials to lower our carbon footprint and reduce waste. Currently, 97% of the polyester and nylon we use comes from certified recycled sources. Using recycled materials repurposes resources, reduces inputs, and diverts would-be-waste materials away from landfills.

Renewed Materials

To manage the chemicals used in our global supply chain, we incorporate either bluesign®, GOTS, or GRS restricted-substance standards, all of which maintain restricted substance lists (RSLs) of harmful chemicals that are not permitted in the processing of our garments.
