"I bought this on deep discount because it gave me nostalgia for my 90’s dresses. I hated it from the first try on. The barrel shape gave lots of room for my butt my not my thighs so it was not the ‘easy-wearing summer shift’ I imagined. The boob area, what to say—somehow both too loose in the underarms/side boob area and a little snug across the chest but not in a way where a bra wasn’t necessary. And the fabric should have been great but it wasn’t soft, rather stiff, and not as light as I want for a hot summer dress. Massive disappointment."

Terrible

"Print and fabric were lovely. The actual fit was absolutely terrible. Measurements and cut for bust/chest was off. I purchased a size up and it still was a small fit. Target actually had a similar slip dress about a year ago and it was a better fit and even had adjustable straps. Too bad it was a last chance buy, was unable to return."

Weird Cut

"5'8 and 145lbs. I love the color but this fit me very oddly; very baggy in the middle (good for maternity wear maybe?) and overall fit like a potato sack. It even feels less breathable than a potato sack. Additionally, there is no zipper on the dress so the only way to put it on is to slip it over your head. and the straps are not adjustable for length. Disappointed that this is an everlane dress as it seems like they skimped out on a lot of details that would tailor the dress to fit will. Since it's final sale, I can't return it."

"Fabric doesn’t feel very breathable and the dress doesn’t give much shape to the waist; it almost does the opposite and forms a bubble around the waist while the diameter around hem restricts walking movement. Really unsatisfied with the design of this dress."

"This dress has really high quality and soft fabric but I have no idea why the straps weren’t made adjustable. Wherever the straps and neckline sits is what you’re stuck with. I bought this on sale and can’t return it, lessoned learned to check for adjustable straps next time. The cut is so bad but would be so much better if I could adjust the straps"
