"This parka along with another item, was supposed to arrive weeks ago. It still has not arrived, and indeed, the tracking number says it has not been received by the carrier, even though Everlane's site still says "expected delivery April 16" (today is April 30). This is an unacceptable breakdown in the Everlane shipping system and communication."
