I am happy I purchased it.

"The material is so soft and warm. It is a nice addition to my wardrobe. It is simple and yet elevated."

Not great quality - too thin

"So delicate that 2 holes tore through on the 2nd wash even though I used a delicates bag."

Too thin

"The cocoa color is beautiful, I loved the neckline, and the fabric was really soft and stretchy, but it's way too thin. In some lights you could see my chest through the shirt and I would expect better quality at this price point. Because of the stretchiness I would recommend sizing down for a tighter fit, I typically wear a size medium top in Everlane but should've gone with a small."

Beautiful and oh so yummy!

"So soft, so comfy, and perfect weight! I can wear it off shoulder or not, depending on my mood and the occasion. Dress up or dress casual. . . . . this has become one of my favorites and have already ordered it in the other color! I'm 5'3, 110 lbs and the XS is perfect."

Fit me just right

"I love the fit. It stays on my shoulders. It’s very warm, light and soft. Please make in more colors! Perhaps a deep green? Or a red wine? I got a size S and for reference I am 5’4”, with 33” chest and 27” waist and it was not tight and not loose either."

Very Thin

"I purchased the heather cocoa. The color is amazing. The material was very soft and I really wanted to like it and keep it but it was also extremely thin. Thinner even than a normal t-shirt. Although its wool, I don't think it would be very warm. Also, they aren't kidding about it being off the shoulder. I loved the wide neck and thought it would be an elegant look. Unlike the model I cannot wear without a bra but I wasn't worried about bra straps showing (they absolutely will). My problem was, it's so thin, unstructured and the neck is so wide that the sleeves don't stay where you want them. It wouldn't sit on the edges of my shoulder as in the photo and just looked messy when it was completely off the shoulder, cause again, thin material. If it had even a bit more structure it would have been a wonderful lightweight sweater."

Runs large !!!

"I am new to Everlane and my experience in buying this off Shop was very poor. Because I am located in Canada I was not able to make an exchange until the item original item was shipped back. Unfortunately Everlane sizes are similar to gap in that a size small is actually really more like a medium. So I got the small too big shipped it back waited for the credit went to order the extra small and of course it's sold out. Very poor store policy on returns."

Perfect but hate a tag

"The color, fabric, and style of this top are great! I just cannot stand when obnoxiously large and uncomfy tags cannot be easily removed. I’m going to have to perform seam surgery, because it is really bothersome. That’s the only reason I knocked a star off. It’s a thin material, but I think it’s exactly as it should be so it falls where it’s supposed to. I would 100% go braless, otherwise you’re missing the whole point of the neckline. If you get those little covers called “cakes,” it’ll cover everything up and you’ll have no straps or uncomfy stickiness to deal with when it comes to bras or stick-on bras. I’m a 34A, for reference, and not much of a bra-wearer in general anyway, though. Just my recommendation!"

Pretty but impractical

"I loved the idea of a cozy sweater that's also sexy. Unfortunately I'm returning it because it's kind of impossible to wear. There's so little fabric on top of the shoulder that the shirt always slides off. That's fine if you're going braless, but for me (34C millennial), the fabric is too thin for that. With a bra, the straps stay put while the shirt slides off, so I've got 2 straps and 2 rogue sleeves, so it loses that effortless elegant quality and just looks sloppy, plus I'd need to constantly pull the shoulders back up so they don't fall down completely. I find strapless bras uncomfy so that's not an option and would defeat the purpose of cozy + effortless. I'm on the small side of M and that's what I got. It was body skimming but not tight at all. Maybe a S would've stayed in place better, but ultimately I think I'd have the same problem. I hope they make another version in a thicker fabric or with a bit more shoulder. I'd give it another shot."

Careful with washing

"Loved this sweater until I washed it. It might be fine in a true cold cycle as recommended, but shrank in a wash on my machine’s second lowest heat setting and is no longer wearable. My fault I guess, but would suggest taking the washability claim with a grain of salt (I wish the directions had indicated hand wash only). For me, a waste of money."
