"I’ve had my eye on this coat for months, hoping the Beech color would become available in my size L. Finally it appeared after I had given up. I am so delighted with this incredibly perfect Mac! The color, style, fabric, fit and cool factor are all “10”!! Please don’t eliminate The Mac from the Everlane line. I’d like to see it available in not just classic colors, but emerald green, cobalt and marigold!"

"It fits me perfectly. It’s slightly oversized but it fits as it should in the shoulder and the sleeves (with a thin layer worn beneath). The color is dark olive green which is a pseudo neutral for me. It goes with just about everything in my (bright color averse) closet. Not too light, not too heavy. I have the Cornstalk color in mind for my next purchase."

"Excellent! The fabric is sturdy so it keeps me warm on 35+ degree days, but soft and very comfortable. The cut is relaxed. I am 5’ 4” 155 and I ordered a Medium which is roomy enough for bulky sweaters. I love this coat and I’m really happy with the purchase."
"I’m so happy with this coat. I’m short and the details and length of a trench can overwhelm my frame. The Mac is the perfect substitute. I purchased the beech colour and it’s a nice warm greeny brown which looks great with black. I like to wear my clothes slightly oversized so usually purchase a medium or large in Everlane tops. The Large fits perfectly with a jumper underneath but is not too big with just a shirt or tee. I would recommend sticking with your regular size for a slightly slouchy look. The length is perfect too, works with trou or a midi skirt. The fabric held up to a light spring shower and is the ideal wind break heading into Spring. The quality of the finishing is excellent as is the feel and weight of the fabric. Loving it!"

"I am 5'4"" and 120 lbs with tiny shoulders, a small waist, and relatively larger hips; I ordered a size 2. Given my proportions, I should have known better than to a think a coat that is intended to be loose and box-like by design would flatter my body type! It did not. This coat dwarfed me, didn't provide structure in the shoulder area, and ultimately gave the impression of a little girl playing dress up. This is not the fault of the coat -- it's simply not that type of coat, and my body type and size is not the intended wearer of the coat. I think this type of coat would be better suited for ladies over 5'4"" with broader shoulders -- i. e. , not petite."
