Overrated
"Don’t buy to walk in all day. Size down 1/2 a size or a whole size. They stretch a lot the more you wear them to the point they’re too big. I wouldn’t say they're noticeably anymore comfortable than any other heel. They scuff really easily. I complained about the scuffing as I hadn’t owned them a month and Everlane was kind enough to send me an additional pair, so 5 stars for customer service."

Great shoe, but quality doesn't match price
"I loved this shoe when I saw it and immediately bought it in all 3 colors: perfect height heel, comfortable, flexible for casual or dressier wear. However, within 2 weeks, after wearing for normal daily work wear maybe 3 times, the leather on the heel of my black shoe tore away, hanging loose (see damage in picture - the top heel is the damaged one, lying on its side on the floor); I've never had anything like that happen on a shoe, and I wear heels of this type daily. I repaired the first tear (improvising with craft glue - not ideal but workable), but within 2 weeks, another tear - and this time the leather tore away, leaving a clear damage spot and making the shoe unwearable for work. This is unacceptable for a $170 shoe. So far my other pairs are holding up okay, but I'm being exceedingly careful. I really hope Everlane can fix this quality issue on an otherwise great shoe."

"Beautiful buttery soft thick leather, instantly comfortable straight out of the box, purchased to wear for all day on my feet work event. Perfect heel, chic design, I normally like to go half a size up with a mule so don’t have my heel right on the very back of the shoe but 9. 5 wasn’t available - but I feel this was an issue in the end with this style so I would say they are generously sized."
Pretty but painful
"They are not as comfortable as some other reviews have indicated - the knot digs into the top of my foot and the soles are thin so being in them for a prolonged period of time starts to become painful. They are nice looking shoes but unfortunately I wont be getting a lot of use out of them. The soles are also not durable, Ive worn them twice and there are chunks that have been worn off of it. I live in the city so Im just walking around, not doing anything too crazy. Sizing down a half size was fine for me."
