DAI delivery company lost the shoes

"Please use Australia Post Star Track for deliveries to Australia in future. DAI were impossible. They didn’t deliver it to my address citing it was “too dangerous”! It took 3 weeks to confirm if it was in the depot where I could drive 40minutes myself to collect it. I’m still waiting confirmation of where this parcel is? Depot, with the driver, lost, stolen? As for the shoes- these are my second pair and I love my first so I am crazy excited to get pink suede. Beautiful quality, like an art piece, almost too good to walk in them. I’ll get over that!"

Cute, but snug

"Love these shoes, received lots of complements on them. However, the back digs in a little and the toe area is snug. I’m normally a 6 1/2, but I should have probably purchased a 7. Will probably get more in a 1/2 size bigger."

"Looks like Everlane changed their sizing. I’ve always been a 10. 5 in shoes at Everlane which used to equal 41. 5 size in EU. Now it says 10. 5 US equals 41 EU. I ordered the 11 since it equalled 10. 5 bit unfortunately these are too big. The other flats I ordered i can use an insert to make up for the extra room but unfortunately the insert does not work in the Day Heel. Will need to resale since these are final sale. Everlane PLEASE get your sizing conversions correct"

Back of shoe slips off heel! Poor customer service

"This is the 2nd Everlane shoe I purchase- NEVER AGAIN. The shoe, while cute, slips off the back of the heel despite being the correct fit. Customer service did not help with an exchange or refund. Their only reply was two words: FINAL SALE. I guess there’s a reason why this product can’t be returned or exchanged. Once you get it - you’re stuck."

Looks and feels so cheap

"Really disapointing, looks and feels so cheap, not worth the price you can get much better shoes for a litle less. They used to be made in italy and tthey quietly removed that label from anywhere on the shoe."
