"I was taken aback when these arrived as they were so orange! Not at all like the picture which is a nice brown. The orange is a really unattriactive color. Unfortunately I can't send them back as it was a final sale. As a regular customer of Everlane, I feel very disappointed."

"To start, these are beautiful. However, I wish I didn't buy them as they do not remain in place. The laces fall right down as soon as I take one step forward. I tried cutting my circulation off just to get these to stay up and that worked for all of two minutes. I wanted to love these as they are seemingly the perfect gladiator but they just aren't functional which means I wasted a lot of money. And I couldn't return because I waited too long to finally try them on expecting they would work :("
