"I was thrilled to find these cute high waisted bikini bottoms on sale, since I'm a longtime Everlane customer and love their jeans. I picked the bikini in sizing based off their sizing guide. Immediately, they were wrong. Upon measuring (per customer service request), we saw that the waist was a full inch too big (meaning they were a medium, not a small). Additionally, the bottom material was puckered and gathered and not straight to the seam. I sent 3 different customer service agents the photos of the two areas of concern along with measurements. Since a refund wasn't possible, I asked for an exchange or store credit and was denied both. I was told by all 3 agents to re-sell their defective garments on poshmark and given some lip about how they're made by hand and meant to be within a tolerance. So sad that this brand used to mean something."
