Different quality than last year

"I bought this sweater in cream last year and absolutely loved it. I wore it often (although I will say I washed it and it shrunk extensively, but it still fit so I made it work). I loved it so much I bought another and while it says online they changed the style, what they really did was change the quality & fit compared to the original. It’s way thinner and dos not feel as luxe as it once did. Disappointing but I will keep and wear, just won’t ever buy another from Everlane."

Soft, cozy sweater

"This sweater is really soft and feels great to wear. The length is perfect for high waisted pants. The fit is slightly oversized with full arms. The quarter zip adds a little something as does the white band at the cuffs and waist on the dark grey version. I know I’ll wear this a ton."

"Oversized and a bit long in the torso but really comfortable and well made. Nice color and not scratchy. I bought a second in a smaller size (s and xs) so I have one for a more relaxed look and one that is a bit more fitted. I’m normally a M/L on top."

SOFT and so CHIC

"Ok, so first - it is a bit oversized, so if you do not want a very chunky fit, go for a size smaller. I am usually S-M, went for XS and it is exactly the right amount loose and not too boxy. It is also extremely SOFT. I have developed a bit of a sensitivity to harsher wool, but this is . . . next level soft. Second, well, I am not gonna say that Chanel’s pre-fall 2026 show and the camel-coloured quarter-zip jumper that Matthieu Blazy sent down the makeshift runway inspired me to get this, but am also NOT gonna NOT say it. And let's just put it this way - it is just chic enough. The zipper could be a bit deeper to allow for more colour peeking for my a layered tshirt, but it still works great. 10/10, no notes."

Cozy!

"I love this sweater so much I purchased a second color! I'd say it's TTS. I'm 34B bust and 28 waist and the small is the perfect slouchy, oversized fit (as depicted in the pictures). I tend to be very sensitive to wool/cashmere but found this not to be itchy. I do wear a long-sleeved crew neck tee underneath. That said, any time the collar or cuffs touch my bare skin, it's not bothersome."

Should be marketed as a different sweater entirely

"I loved the original iteration of the sweater so much, I got it in three separate colors. Sadly, hubby shrank the oatmeal coloured one in the washing machine. I thought I was replacing it with the same sweater, but while the wool appears the same, the design is so different, it should be marketed under a different name, and certainly with different photos. The cuffs are different, (the lower arms are more ballooned), the fit is baggier, but the neck is now so high that you cannot zip up the zipper without folding the whole thing down, essentially making it a “double thickness” turtleneck, which is quite tight on the neck and doesn’t have the same sleek look of the zipped up turtleneck of the original. When I do up the zipper on this reimagined version, the top of the neck comes up well over my ears and is phenomenally tight around my head. It’s a hard pass and I’m very disappointed because,as noted, I loved the original enough to buy it three times."
