This slip-on style pairs a classic crew neckline with a playful V-back and tie detail. The breezy eyelet fabric adds texture and charm, while the shorter length keeps it laid-back yet polished—perfect for sunny days and casual outings. The Eyelet Mini Shift Dress

"Beautiful dress, modern statement piece for summer and fall. The colour is true to picture. The tie in the back is very convenient, I was not aware of the back opening when I bought it, so it was a great surprise!"
"I had ordered the xtra large which was xtra xtra large. Love the large! Perfect happy color for Summer!"
"Boxy and quite short. Totally understand why it reminds some of a hospital gown, husband said scrubs. Interior tank dress liner doesn’t fit me at all, far too broad across the shoulders. Will play around to see how to best style, but worth the gamble for a great price."
"I love it so much i have it in 2 colors. I am petite so i have to hem it 3 inches to not look frumpy. Lowering the review to pressure everlane into making petite sizes :-)"
"It’s a great butter yellow spring/summer dress, well made, looks great."
"the fit is a bit uncomfortable, , for sure can't bend over easily"
"J’aime la couleur bleue, la qualité excellente du tissu, juste pour l’adapter à ma silhouette je le ferai retravailler pour avoir une coupe en trapèze. Et les équipes de Everlane sont formidablement efficaces et agréables!🤩🤩🤩🎆"
"A bit of a pain to put on due to the attached slip. I'm 5'2 and dress is right above my knees Cute dress and have received many compliments."
"I’m not gonna lie…this dressing is giving hospital gown if worn as pictured on the model. The problem is that the sleeves are an unflattering length that hits right at the crease of the elbow at a weird “angel wing” angle combined with a tie-back neckline. But wait! This dress has the potential to become a really awesome piece in your summer wardrobe if you’re willing to do some reworking/restyling of it. There is a detachable cotton slip underneath that looks great underneath any cardigan or button-up top. The eyelet layer of this dress is made of a thick and substantial cotton material that is the same as the material used for the eyelet camp shirt and shorts, and the stitching is very neatly done. Just wear it backwards (with the tie neckline towards the front) and it already looks much more flattering. Then remove the sleeves and this ugly duckling becomes a really cute sleeveless shift dress that’s slightly shorter than Everlane’s linen shift dress. I’m 5’2 and the length is mid-thigh on me, which is a comfortable length both in causal or professional settings."
"lovely dress and it falls to just above knee in length on a 5'3"" person. not too short like in the photo."
