"First, this is a gorgeous, simple dress that could easily be dressed up or down. (Note that the fabric is very heavy, so it wouldn’t work in the summer in warm or humid climates. ) Sadly, it was too tight in the shoulders and sleeves for me, and I’m sure I would swim in the next size up. I wish it came in numbered sizes, instead of the s/m/l sizes currently offered."

"This dress fit as expected. I’m 5’4 and it is definitely a longer midi fit which is what I wanted. Perfect weight for fall and winter. Heavier quality fabric . Would love this dress in other colors. I wear 38B bra size. I purchased a size up based on other reviews stating top was a bit snug. The large size was perfect without anything under such as a Spanx cami . I could have sized down but would have to had to wear a spanx cami to hide any unwanted rolls."

"Superb mid-to-heavy weight ponti fabric in this black-black do anything dress. Phenomenal fit through the bust, arms and waist. Length is also good for me. Due to the fullness of the skirt and weight of the fabric, the dress is a tad heavy. I don't mind. I am not a fan of the seeming execution below the waistline however. I understand it is functional - to give the skirt some movement - but it has the downside of giving the stomach a pooch and the rear a muffintop appearance in a very unfavorable way. I am lucky to have a fairly flat stomach. With not much else to be thrilled about at 55 and sedentary, I'd prefer it looked that way in clothing. I would not recommend this style."
