We’re taking steps to create the most beautiful shoes with the least impact on the planet. Made using recycled materials, from the satin to the buckle, our newest Mary Jane features a round toe, adjustable buckle with recycled metal eyelets, rubber outsole, and webbing trim—offering polished ease that’s lighter on you and the earth. Did You Know? We partnered with Planet FWD to follow this shoe’s journey from start to finish—no carbon footprint was left untracked. Using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and International Organization for Standardization benchmarks, we measured all emissions tied to materials, manufacturing, transportation, product use, packaging, and end-of-life. The final calculation? 7.5 kg CO₂e, which is less than driving 20 miles in a gas car. See the full methodology from Planet FWD here.

Wherever we can, we use recycled materials to lower our carbon footprint and reduce waste. Currently, 97% of the polyester and nylon we use comes from certified recycled sources. Using recycled materials repurposes resources, reduces inputs, and diverts would-be-waste materials away from landfills.
