Versatile Blouse

"This is my second purchase of this black blouse. It is oversized so I sized down 1-2 from my normal 10 or 12 blouses. The oversizing is a plus bc it hides a little side roll. Its flowy, perfect for hot Phoenix summers, goes with virtually everything from red, white, black, denim skirts/pants. Also nice for travel bc it can be washed and air dried. Touch up with iron. A little tuck in the front, gives it a little more form fitting. I love the style and would buy more but not crazy about the other colors. An off white/pale ivory would be just the ticket."

"Great addition to capsule wardrobe. Looks great with jeans, or something more dressy. The length is slightly too short to tuck in, but a little long to look great untucked which is the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. Pairs well with high-waist bottom."

"Sizing one size up may allow you a flower look. For those with a long torso, def. size up. It is airy and classy. Great for work and going out. You can also wear it over tight fitting dresses for a chic coverage. Great for spring/fall. Might be too hot for the summer for outside wear but great for heavily air conditioned indoor work areas."

"I was sent the wrong shirt (the long sleeved version of this shirt) which really disappointed me. I have the linen versions of the above and decided to try the silk which is a really beautiful material and I would highly recommend purchasing it. I only wish I had received the above style."

Stained without wearing once

"Beautiful shirt but I don't think I'll ever be able to wear it due to the two tiny stains on the front. The shirt arrived folded with creases so deep I couldn't get them out with an iron or steamer. I hand-washed and hung to dry, then gently ironed on the silk setting but these spots appeared. I tried stain-treating and then machine-washing but they're still there! I haven't even worn the shirt! This material will pick up all moisture and leave a stain."

"Lovely shirt. Spilled coffee on it while I was on the train, was not able to put it in the washer (on cold) until that night, and it still looked great the next day. Just needed a little steam. The stain was gone. (I sized up a little too much. I ordered a medium but I could have ordered a small. )"
