"I was surprised by the structure of this shirt. The stripes are thicker and it looks so much more polished than I thought. I really do like it but have noticed that the fabric is sensitive to pulling. I have probably 7 snags down the front alone."

"I was looking for a slightly more spacious/relaxed buttondown with some drape, as the silk ones don't fit me properly, so I tried this. the color and fit were exactly what I was looking for, but the fabric is terrible. I hate the way it feels, it made me sweaty, I was stinky by the end of the day. I was hoping the viscose would make this comfortable for long work days, as I like some tencel and viscose/linen blends for comfort and breathability, but it was just scratchy and unbreathable. Really a shame, as I'm now also stuck with the shirt after wearing it."
"I was looking for simple button downs that I could wear under blazers and do double duty as casual unbuttoned toppers over tees/tanks. I took the striped one on a 2-week vacation and it was the most versatile item in my suitcase. It looked polished, didn’t wrinkle, cuffs stayed neatly rolled when needed, it had an elegant drape and despite what another viewer said, I found it to be reasonably breathable and not scratchy. The fabric might be too structured for some and I would avoid wearing in hot conditions though. The narrow stripes give this shirt a wonderful texture and enhance a slimming effect too. Great basics for my capsule wardrobe!"
