Good product - poor quality control

"Great quality as always but reoccurring issues with receiving dirty/ maybe used items when purchasing seasonal pieces. This particular item arrived fully of human and pet hair both sides of the fabric. Sent an email to customer service with no response, only a “how did we do” automated response a few days later. I’m not going to reach out again when customer service should be Everlane’s priority and responsibility, not mine. Five stars for the item, which I do really like, 2 stars for quality control and customer service. As for the product itself - if it hasn’t sold out already; The cashmere shirt is lightweight, beautiful in navy, brown, and red (yes, I bought all three - because they are beautiful and cool for a casual look, both buttoned and unbuttoned). Fits oversized, but not sloppy if purchased in your usual size. Go one size down for a more fitted, polished look."

"Beautiful sweater with an unexpected oversized fit. I bought a small and I'm swimming in it. I bought a medium of a different sweater and I had to give it away since it was too small and final sale. I wish that the sweater descriptions were more helpful in understanding the actual sizing of each item. It might help if the models varied in weight and we're given their measurements. I hesitate to make purchases all the time because I'm unsure about correct sizing, and everything looks bigger on an ultra skinny model."

"I bought this shirt/sweater on sale and I'm so glad I did- it fits like a glove, and drapes so beautifully. I can slip on this one item with anything and it makes me feel so put-together. Every time I wear it I get compliments. I would absolutely buy it in another color (or two) but it sold out pretty quickly. Hopefully Everlane will bring it back next winter."

"I chose the red sweater. It is a lovely rich color. The sweater is soft, versatile ( I can wear as a top or as a cardigan), and nice weight (it hangs nicely). I am 5’9” and weigh 145 lbs. I have broad shoulders and long arms and the small fits me well."

"Such great style and functionality. Great lightweight soft cashmere and loved the neutral color for a capsule wardrobe. The fit for me, however, was off. I'm 5'2, 112 and got an xs. It fit but was proportioned for a taller person. If there was a petite size, I would have come back for another but sadly, this one went back."

berry red is the best colour for winter

"I love this cashmere shirt style sweater, the red colour is perfect for holidays and it is a very low key berry red which give the winter outfit a lift. The cashmere is very soft, good quality, the thickness and weight is also perfect. I'm normally a size small and i got this in S which is a bit fitted."
