"Bought on final sale, otherwise I would probably return this item. The zipper is not great. I am 5'4 and 110 lbs and bought the XS because a lot of the reviews said this was very oversized. It is not quite the right fit on me. Not oversized enough to be cute. The size description says the model is 5'11 and wearing a size S so I thought I'd be swimming in that size at only 5'4. The XS is so short on me that I question whether those stats are correct."
"Gives a effortless cool feel, fabric is versatile, while suitable in the woods and urban settings. Everlane has many products in that exact colour, and by accident i have been collecting them, making me look like a toffee candom head to toes. I'm 165 cm tall and 62 kg."
"Tight weave canvas fabric has structure without being too stiff. Well made and tailored, so make friends with the zipper, which is great once you master it. I’m a M in Everlane and this was not too much for my 5’6. 128 athletic build. It is generous and drapes well over layers or not. This should be a capsule piece as it will go for many seasons."
"I love this anorak. It has slightly vintage feel and the material is of exceptional quality. I knew it is oversized when I bought it but did not expect it to be so big. Other than that it is perfect"
"It is a constructed jacket that looks stylish and has a baggy fit. The two way zipper looks cool but it often gets stuck and is hard to zip up."
"Bought this final sale, what an error. The zipper doesn’t work, has square shape and not fitting as nice as in the picture. First and last everlane purchase for me, though I couldn’t wait to buy from them as I heard great things."
"Love the color, apparent hardiness of the fabric, and boxy fit. But the zipper won’t zip—right out of the box—without ten or more tries. I know zippers are a tricky part of clothing design but I want a jacket I can close with no fuss!"
"I bought this coat on sale, and would definitely have been mad if I would have paid full price. The coat was obviously returned (there was an old receipt in the pocket with gum squashed in it), and mud splatters on the sleeve. Then I discovered that the zipper didn’t work. Everlane customer service was amazing, and I accepted their offer of a replacement jacket. The second coat I received was ALSO a return (a wad of thankfully unused tissues in the pocket), and had the same faulty zipper issue. I ended up taking it to my tailor to swap out the zipper. The cut of the jacket is actually great for the Canadian autumn - the sleeves allow for a chunky knit underneath, and the hood is cozy."
"I get so many compliments on this jacket. It is a nice colour and cut which stands out from the common jean jacket or zip up hoody. The fit is perfect (I am 5’9’ with long arms and the medium fits well)."
