That same intention carries through to production: state-of-the-art factories that recycle up to 98% of their water, using ozone washing, air drying, and renewable energy to reduce water and energy use by design.
We work with mills and wash houses that have verifiably reduced chemical use, moving away from harmful treatments common in conventional denim. Our partners are independently tested against leading safer chemistry standards like bluesign, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and ZDHC — not self-reported claims. Fewer chemicals in your jeans, safer conditions for the people who make them, and lower environmental impact.
We don't guess at environmental impact — we verify it. Using Jeanologia's EIM, the industry benchmark standard for environmental denim wash impact, 96% of our washes score low to medium — meaning significantly less water, energy, and chemicals than conventional denim.
Our denim fabric is rigorously third-party tested multiple times from development through pre-production — verifying durability, consistency, and performance across fabric weight, tear strength, and color fastness. The result: denim built to get better with age, with more years in your wardrobe and fewer replacements.

"First time purchasing from this brand, and I’m very pleased. I was looking for high-waisted jeans since I carry weight around my waist, and the size 28 fit perfectly (30" waist, 38" hips for ref. ). The fabric is a nice medium weight, and the relaxed straight-leg fit works beautifully for wider thighs. I’m 5'4" and had the 31" inseam shortened to 29" so I can wear them with flats or heels up to 3"."

"Honestly, I have never ordered anything from EverLane before. I took advantage of the 70% off sale and so happy I did! The quality and fit could not be more perfect. For reference I am 5‘6“ 130 pounds and these jeans are my new favorite. Fits perfect in the waist with room in hips and legs, but not too baggy. The length breaks around my shoes with a slight slouch, but doesn’t look sloppy."
"I’ve had many Everlane jeans over the years. I have a 10” difference between waist and hips. 5’7”, high waist (30” inseam), normally wear 27” in jeans (as 6). The curvy jeans from Everlane always had too much fabric in the front. I got the black ones. These, are the PERFECT shape— a first! They sit perfectly around the waist right above the belly button, and drape beautifully to hug the hips loosely. No gap. They’re a tad higher in the back and drape downward toward the belly button. The back pockets are placed well that lift the derrière. The legs aren’t too baggy or too loose and hang well from the back. The inseam is perfect (finally longer than 28”!). Everlane, PLEASE make these kinds of jeans in the curvy line for the curvy ladies without bigger bellies. I can’t recommend these enough. Well done!"
"I normally wear a pair of the 90s Way High or 90s cheeky jeans but wanted something longer and looser to round out my wardrobe. I love these. They’re everything the Way High jeans aren’t (though I love those)— looser fit at the waist and hips, floor length to drape over my shoes. I’m so glad to have found a pair of loose-but-still-high-waisted jeans. I maybe could have sized down to a 27 for a closer fit, but I wanted a relaxed pair I could wear all month without discomfort. These run true to normal Everlane sizing, though I wish they still put garment measurements up on the charts instead of just body measurements."
"While the Everlane trousers are to die for - in their various shapes and innovative fabrics - I have yet to find the jean that thrills me the same way. I love jeans (rigid and stretchy) and have purchased several styles from Everlane, all of which are "fine. " I'll keep trying. "I have these jeans in other color, as I think they are the best jeans ever created. However, I didn't realize the black version is not 100% cotton, which changes the fit. It runs a bit looser and not as flattering. I suggest to size down if you are not getting 100% cotton. A bit disappointed about the lack of consistency with the materials and fit. I want these jeans in all colors but definitely will only buy pure cotton in the future. Still a good pair of jeans."
