"I'm sure it exists at other retailers, but I've always been able to return stuff at least for store credit; so when the bot I texted with told me I could not return these three pairs of pants, which have incredibly unattractive gathered elastic cuffs and which I will never wear, I was pretty bummed out. I'm sure there was a little sign online telling me I could not return them, but since every other retail I've ever dealt with has allowed me to, I wasn't even looking for that. I would have bought three or four pairs of pants per year, probably from Everlane, but now I'm not gonna deal with them ever again."

"My son didn’t like the elastic on the back part of the pant hem. It is dumb because it makes it so the pants don’t lay right. Looks stupid if you wear socks. He didn’t think the waist elastic made the pants more comfortable. So, fail. I have to return them"

"I bought these for my son for an upcoming trip. He loved them. . . nice quality and fabric. But following the size guide, they were too big so had to return and reorder in a smaller size. Hoping the new sizes fit better as these are perfect for an upcoming family trip and he thinks he will get a lot of use for them around town."
