A button up for everyone?
"This shirt is generously cut, and a great option for men who are on the larger size. I am not very large, or slim, but work out, and am thankful for the room in the shoulders, and arms. If you are slimmer, this looks very flattering unbuttoned over a tee, with some wide trousers, like an overshirt. It might not look as good tucked in if you’re smaller, but I always wear a vest at work, so it keeps the midriff section from billowing out too much. I marked this as runs large, despite the fact that it’s meant to. If you are very slim, you could probably size down one, although I got my usual size."
