"The sweater is warm. The description said Merino wool, and usually when I buy Merino wool, it says it on the tag in the garment. This tag says simply 'wool. ' The material quality does not seem up to Everlane's standard. It's a final sale, so of course no return. I would NOT buy this sweater again."

"My order was delivered on Friday. I ordered 2 sweaters knowing that they were final sale and that I would not be able to return them. I usually love all things Everlane and have never had a bad experience with the clothes. Unfortunately the premium merino sweater has a small opening/tear in the knit at the neckline. I have the sweater in 3 other colors and all were great quality. Disappointing!"

"Shape was nice for a day or two. Then it lost its shape. I got a pair (black and brown), and have worn each 5-10 times. Now they feel baggy and boxy even though they’re size Small (and I’m 5-9 and 160lbs). The wool is a bit scratchy and somewhat thin (not densely woven). Not fine and durable like my 10-year old Banana Republic merino sweaters, not strong like an old LL Bean. I’m afraid to even have these Everlane sweaters dry-cleaned (which I generally try to avoid, but the tags say is necessary); I’ve cold/hand washed other wool sweaters (per the tags to no ill effect). Bummer."
