"Quality is nice enough, but don't trust the sizing chart. I got both M and L to see which fit better. 180lbs 5'10 42" chest athletic build - solidly L according to the size chart. But even the M is too big. M fits ok overall but is verrrry long I guess made for super tall people. So I'd say size down unless you're going for extremely oversized fit. It also curls a bit after being washed but can probably fix that with an iron"
