Quality Changed

"Have been buying the shorter version for a long time and now realized I needed the longer version. I've never had the elastic fold over on A SINGLE pair of my original boxers. Some are extremely old and too and stood the test of time (despite a hole or two). I got a pair of the long boxers that were good, and then all of the more recent pairs I have received the elastic on the waste band folds in half. I can't stand this. There is no excuse. I will have to find another favorite boxer."

Best Undies Ive Worn

"In slowly moving away from all synthetic fabrics, especially when it comes to underwear. If you’re looking for a natural fibre underwear, these are a fantastic choice. The material is strong, while not being too thick or thin. I am also 6’4, so i constantly struggle to find undies that dont ride up. These dont. I bought 12 pair and threw out all my other boxer briefs. (6’4, 207 pounds, 33 inch waist and a size large fits perfectly)"

Don’t buy when 20% off

"I enjoy these boxers a lot. But when i ordered on 20% off day. Its actually cheaper to buy normal price for 4 or more because they come out to $16 instead of $19 with the 20% off. I did not receive any price adjustment either."

"After one wash, the elastic band is starting to fraye at the back. The boxers are really comfy, great material. The construction of the hole in the front is loose / opens easily which can be uncomfortable."

Super comfy but waistband breaks down quickly

"I have bought these for years. Started with the regular boxer briefs, and then switched to the longer length ones after they came out—the extra length had absolutely no bunching for me. The best thing about them is how soft the supima cotton feels. The worst is that the waistbands don’t hold up for very long at all. The underlying elastic starts twisting so that the band no longer is flat. But because they are so comfortable I’ve continued buying them. Getting the quality of the waistband up would make them perfect!"

Black pairs are great; Navy not so much

"I purchased four pairs of the black boxer briefs and three pairs of the navy boxer briefs. The different colors arrived in separate packages with different types of packaging, leading me to assume they were from different factories. This has also held up in practice: while they all fit well, the elastic waistband on the navy shorts crinkles and folds on itself after each wash while the waistband on the black pairs has remained in good condition. As these are from the Uniform collection (which I love) there is a 365-day guarantee, so I messaged customer service about it last month and they replaced the navy pairs after a straightforward email thread. The problem is that the new pairs have the same design flaw. If this issue is still not fixed, I would recommend purchasing the Black but not the Navy."
