The Cleanest Denim You'll Find.

Conventional denim production is dirty business and we’re on a mission to clean it up. Here's how we're doing it differently—and why that matters for you.

Better Is Our Starting Point

Better denim starts with better materials. We prioritize certified organic and regenerative cotton — a tiny share of the world's supply — grown with less water and healthier soil practices. That same intention carries through to production: state-of-the-art factories that recycle up to 98% of their water, using ozone washing, air drying, and renewable energy to reduce water and energy use by design.

The Only Toxic We Appreciate Is the Song

We work with mills and wash houses that have verifiably reduced chemical use, moving away from harmful treatments common in conventional denim. Our partners are independently tested against leading safer chemistry standards like bluesign, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and ZDHC — not self-reported claims. Fewer chemicals in your jeans, safer conditions for the people who make them, and lower environmental impact.

Measured, Not Marketing

We don't guess at environmental impact — we verify it. Using Jeanologia's EIM, the industry benchmark standard for environmental denim wash impact, 96% of our washes score low to medium — meaning significantly less water, energy, and chemicals than conventional denim.

Can't Have Quality Without Standards

Our denim fabric is rigorously third-party tested multiple times from development through pre-production — verifying durability, consistency, and performance across fabric weight, tear strength, and color fastness. The result: denim built to get better with age, with more years in your wardrobe and fewer replacements.

Terrible fit

"Unfortunately, these jeans just don’t fit and I’m not sure who they would work for. I made my sister try them too, totally different body type, and still they just don’t make sense. The cut just doesn’t seem to be made for a body shape I can picture. Nice material but can’t be worn- super disappointing! And final sale :("

Nice light denim

"I like these jeans but not as much as the rigid slough jeans I bought at the same time. I think I need to figure out what to style them with. The fit is slightly different, on me they are more fitted around the hips but gape a bit on the waist - normally I have the opposite problem but nothing a belt won't fix. Overally I think they are a comfortable, solid pair of jeans."

what is this sizing

"I guess I have the wrong body type for these pants. I'm 5'6, 118 pounds and they don't fit my curvy petite frame like slouchy boyfriend jeans. They'll be cute high rise straight legged pants once I have the waist taken in 3 inches though *last pic shown with a size 26 Levi's trousers laying on top of the jeans for ridiculous size reference"

Meh.

"I was going to go for the rigid slouch, but ended up with this for budget reasons (it was a bit cheaper). I regret it. After I got it I remembered previously reading the reviews…forgot all about it and it’s all true: they are huge, gapping at the back, really noticeable button fly (which I personally dislike) and overall not flattering- not baggy enough to look effortless and on the other hand not fitted enough to look put-together. Drying in the dryer (hoping they’ll shrink a bit) didn’t help. Also, they run a bit heavy for a “summer” jean."

Great Jean, But Big!

"These are well made, super soft, and I love the wash. They look good, distressed but not shredded, but gosh are they baggy! Even with a belt I'm constantly hiking them up! Order a size down and they will still be roomy and comfortable."
