"I would give a zero if I could because that is what I received - nothing. No help to get my order or a replacement order. Bad service, bad experience, no order and nothing being done about it. Now I need to find clothes for my trip elsewhere because Everlane is completely unreliable and I am out of the money spent on an order that will never arrive. Do better."

PLEASE NOTE: the dyes on the Pomegranate and Navy colors leach like crazy and benefit from a separate washing. Had I washed the Pomegranate with my regular laundry, for example, I suspect everything would have come out pink."

"I'm 5'4", 115 lbs, neutral skin tone, and this maroon shade fits me perfectly. The fit around the shoulders and arm length are also perfect. I would prefer the sweater to fall just 2-3" shorter for a true "cropped" look, but i still think it's cute. The trouble with cropped sweaters is that you can't easily modify it, unlike other materials. So you really need to buy the right one based on your torso length. I consider my torso length to be "normal", so for those with shorter torsos, this sweater might not look cropped."
