Well, Done!
"This bag is merely average and did not meet my expecations. I requested a return. It has been a nightmare to get a simple return label. (I am a 8-year-long online Everlane client from Canada. ) I have been told for many days now from Everlane Customer support that they're having “an issue” generating labels for international return, receiving answers to emails asking me to ‘hang in there. ” I will ‘hang in’ until they issue my label - truly, how hard can it be??? it ain’t rocket science, Everlane! Then, today, in the middle of this absurd stalling, I receive an email asking me to ‘rate my purchase. ” (the one I want to return!) Incredible! Who is in charge??? Thus my subject heading ‘Well, Done!” That is a 5 Star rebuke. Because I am “Well, Done! with Everlane. Look forward to receiving my label - maybe, hopefully…if not, then they have broken their return contract with a paying customer. Do much better Everlane to keep loyal clients in the future."
