Our most functional, travel-friendly backpack

The ReNew 15" Transit Backpack features a 15" exterior laptop pocket for easy TSA access, catch-all zip pockets for passports and tickets, interior slip pockets for magazines and notebooks, one interior and one exterior water bottle holder, a handy magnetic closure, and a pass-through strap that attaches to rolling luggage. Oh, and it’s made using 100% recycled polyester from recycled plastic bottles.* *The zipper sliders and some of the pulls are metal, but other zipper pulls are recycled polyester. The only new plastic is for the zipper coil (teeth), which is not made from recycled material—yet. We’ve eliminated 90% of the virgin plastic from our supply chain. Safer For The Environment: This product is dyed with bluesign®-approved dyes, which are safer for dyehouse workers and better for the environment. The water-resistant finish is fluorine-free, so it's better for you—and the environment. Made from 29.2 renewed plastic bottles.

"Aesthetic, functional, comfortable. I was looking for a nice-looking backpack to take into the office (to carry 14' laptop, keyboard, mouse, notebooks, book to read on a subway and other personal stuff), and it's been absolutely great for that purpose. Nice streamlined backpack

"I’m very pleased with this backpack—it is well designed with strategically placed compartments but not too many of them to confuse things. I’m a little surprised that there isn’t more padding at the back for laptop protection but I use a soft case anyway so it’s fine for me. Also, I don’t use the back side zip section for my laptop but like the internal section at the back for that function. Overall: nice streamlined look and comfortable on the back."

Good, but Could be Great

"Really wanted to love this backpack - and I ALMOST do. I'm keeping it because it checks most of my boxes, but two suggestions to make it perfect: 1. Exterior "water bottle" pockets on both sides!! I like to keep my phones and other necessities handy at my right hand, but this only has the exterior slip pocket on the other side. Annoying. 2. Back zipper access (next to the laptop sleeve zipper) into the main compartment of the bag! Then I could access things without flipping over the top flap and getting in that way. Would be a HUGE improvement. Also, I think the fabric feels a little . . . cheap. It's clearly durable, but something about the texture doesn't read as high-end to me. So close to being perfect!!"
