Nice flats overall

"These shoes are comfortable and the suede is soft. Fits like a glove. I didn’t go 1/2 size up like the recommendation. The reviews said regular size fit fine for the most part and that’s what I went with. The only issue I have is that it looks like tiny speck of glue or something dripped on the right shoe, I got it on sale so i couldn’t return or exchange them."

These shoes do not provide

"These shoes do not provide enough heel or arch support and have been causing me a lot of lower back pain. Although it was great that these flats don’t cause blisters, the discomfort that they cause was not apparent until I wore the shoes for a whole day, by that time it was too late to return the shoes. I feel disappointed in the quality of these otherwise beautiful shoes."

Love the burgundy!

"I was shopping around for a burgundy flat made of leather and finally pulled the plug on the everlane day glove! They are comfy and I ordered 2 pairs (7, 7. 5) because some reviews said to size up. I normally wear a 7 and the 7 for me best. The 7. 5 was too loose, so if you have narrow feet, stay TTS. I really wanted to see how deep the burgundy was IRL so I hope the photos against a brown wood floor help a future shopper. I’ve been wearing these almost daily since getting them, they are holding up well!"

"I never received the product and the company that supposedly received it did not want to deliver to the physical address that was provided. Additionally, the individual who called from a personal line was suggesting to deliver it to another address. I have not received any response from Everlane. Lots a chatting but their emails have not reached my Inbox. Additionally, at this point it has been almost two months since I made the order. I want a full refund."

"I kept these as I needed them for a trip; however, these shoes did not have as much footbed cushioning and arch support as I prefer. They were true to size, and the deeper toe coverage is good for those with bunions."

Elegant pair

"I got white and black suede both on sale. White feels tighter, while black suede is more loose. Both are light weight and comfortable, worthy the price and easy to style."

Browner than I’d hoped

"These are comfortable flats that are just that, flat. I had to size up 1/2 size for comfort as they run slightly narrow. Wish they had a little more support but they will do the job. Color is more brown that I was wanting in a maroon but I kept them."

Poor service and low quality shoes

"The left shoe is a half size larger than the right one. After one wear, the liner of the left shoe detached from the foot bed. The shoes took 3.5 weeks to arrive and there was no communication about the status. After three weeks, I called customer support to cancel the order. There was no apology or recognition of the delay, and of course I was told the order could not be canceled. This is the second experience with shoes that are incorrectly sized and with customer support that really doesn't care to make things right. I had been a loyal Everlane custoner since 2006, for 20 years, and unfortunately the quality of the apparel and the customer support has plummeted so low that I will no longer purchase from Everlane. Regrettable because the shop was once so wonderful."

The Day Glove - fits like a glove

"These really do fit like a glove, just as the name suggests! I’ve received so many compliments while wearing them at the office. I wouldn’t recommend them for a lot of walking, but they’re lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for the office."
